Readings are sent by email attachment when full payment is made and cleared.

All email and attachments sent and received by Venus Astrology are scanned for viruses. However, we do not guarantee all correspondence will be safe, nor are we responsible for any damages.

Average response time is less than 1 hour. However, please allow up to 24 hours for readings to arrive before sending queries. We are not responsible for delays of emailed readings. We are happy to resend readings.

All sales are final. No refunds or credits are given. Credit card fraud and chargebacks will be legally pursued. Fees will be applied and due.

If a report has an incorrect date, incorrect information or name spelling error, it will be redone free of charge--no matter whose error it was. We all make mistakes, but be assured that reports are checked carefully before being emailed to you. If we feel a client is making excessive repetitive errors, we can refuse to send any more redone reports.
